Designing a scalable e-commerce platform for Toby’s Estate

Toby’s Estate partnered with Web Force 5 to migrate their e-commerce platform from Magento to BigCommerce, establishing a more secure, flexible foundation to support future growth.

Challenge

Toby’s Estate’s existing Magento platform no longer met the business’s evolving needs. The site required improved performance, stronger security, and a more future-proof technical foundation to support ongoing growth and iteration.

The challenge was to deliver a smooth platform migration without disrupting customers, while setting the groundwork for a forthcoming redesign phase and future enhancements to the customer experience.

Step 1.
