Vorgee partnered with Web Force 5 to re-platform their ecommerce website to Shopify, with the goal of improving usability, mobile experience, and commercial performance while ensuring a smooth, well-governed delivery.
As Head of Design, I led UX and interface design across the project, working closely with strategy, development, and account teams to ensure the experience was intuitive, scalable, and delivered on time and on budget.

Vorgee required a modern ecommerce platform that could better support product discovery, mobile shopping behaviour, and ongoing growth. The brief prioritised clarity, speed, and reliability, with a strong emphasis on process and delivery confidence.
Early discovery focused on understanding customer journeys, pain points in navigation and product browsing, and the operational needs of the internal team. This insight informed both the UX direction and the project structure, ensuring design decisions supported measurable outcomes rather than visual novelty.
